WARNING: I heavily filter my artwork and may change colors. Please refrain from using my art as your character color reference, (customs are an exception) as the colors will not be the same
Please note that I work better with more soft/pastel colors, very dark characters may have colors edited to fit my coloring style

🌸 ToS AND EXTRA INFO 🌸
Please do not steal, copy, or claim my art as your own under any circumstances. My artwork belongs to me and my respective commissioners. Do not use my art for commercial gain/to promote yourself and/or your business. Please do not try to haggle prices, you may be blocked. I reserve the right to decline commissions from anyone for any reason.
🌸 REFUNDS 🌸
If you wish for a refund before I start, please contact me, do NOT file a charge back through PayPal, I will consider this as you trying to scam me. I can easily refund payments in moments to you, if you request a chargeback, you will be blocked and blacklisted, and other artists WILL be notified of that action. I will give full refunds up until the sketch, once I have reached the sketch stage you may only receive half of your refund. After I have reached the lining/coloring process you are no longer eligible for any refund.
🌸 CUSTOMS/ADOPTABLES 🌸
If you choose to get a major redesign on your custom commission, you agree that I may keep the original design and/or sell it as a premade design. This does not apply to separate redesign commissions, my design or not. Once an adoptable/custom is purchased, the buyer owns the character rights. However it would be appreciated to not make large design changes without first contacting me. Always credit me for the design (and art if I did draw it). Even if the purchased adoptable/custom went through a redesign I must be credited at least partially since the original design is by me. Any adoptable/custom purchased may be sold, traded, gifted, etc as the buyer wishes. I do ask the character do not be sold for more than it was initially purchased unless it acquires more art after the purchase (“free” art from me for the character upon purchase is not counted)
🌸 POSTING/REPOSTING 🌸
Please do not repost my work on any site ever if you do not own it, never for any reason. My art belongs always to me, my commissioners, and those who I have gifted my work to. If you wish to own a piece of my work, commission me. Please respect mine and others property and do not steal artwork. If you have purchased artwork from me and wish to post it on a site, feel free, but please credit me when doing so. It would be nice to ask me first, but since you also own the artwork I do not mind; a link back to one of my official accounts would be preferred, but is not mandatory as long as my username is mentioned for credit. I often post commission work on my social media and in my commission info, if you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know when commissioning.
🌸 PAYMENT 🌸
When purchasing my artwork/designs, payment must always be sent through PayPal using the goods and services option before I start work. I will send an invoice for the desired item(s) of purchase. As stated above, do not file a chargeback. If you wish for a refund, discuss with me instead. You may be blocked and/or blacklisted if you charge back without notice.
By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these terms regardless of not being aware of them. Breaking these terms can have consequences varying on the severity of the actions. You could be blocked or blacklisted for misuse of my and others intellectual property. Please be sure to understand and follow the terms above, thank you!
